Join us in the pool for summer aqua aerobics! Shallow water aqua aerobics classes are running until September 2nd, 2017 and included with an association membership. Classes take place on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Sundays at 11:30am.

As you pursue your Healthy Living goals, the Y is here to support and motivate you during every step of the journey.
In your first 30 days as a member, here are three important steps we will take together:
- It starts with your new member orientation with a YMCA Wellness expert which includes: a discussion of your healthy living goals and preferences, a fitness assessment, expert advice and an overview of the branch's wellness equipment, amenities and staff.
- The next step on your healthy living journey is a complimentary Trainer Assisted Workout session with a certified YMCA Personal Trainer; completely customized to your goals, objectives and workout preferences.
- At the conclusion of your first 30-days, your receive a complimentary fitness assessment.
Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y is so much more than just working out. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength for youth, adults and seniors. Take your healthy living journey as far and as deep as you want to go, right here at your Y or nearby YMCA branches.
